In their innings, the Jamshedpur Steelers set a challenging target of 220/5 in 20 overs. MD Kounain Quraishi, the player of the match, led the batting with an impressive 68* off 31 balls. Supporting contributions came from Niteen Kumar Pandey (34 off 21 balls) and Kumar Deobrat (31 off 27 balls).
Despite the Dhanbad Diamonds’ efforts, they could only manage 153/8 in 16 overs under the VJD Method, falling short of the revised target of 185 runs. Atul Singh Surwar top-scored with 43 off 21 balls, while the Steelers’ bowling attack, led by Aman Kumar Singh, Pratik Ranjan, and Anurag Singh Sengar, secured a dominant victory with disciplined performances.
