Greater Bengaluru JD(S) President H.M. Ramesh Gowda criticized the Congress for tarnishing Kumaraswamy’s image through posters. He condemned the “poster culture” and threatened to respond in kind if the attacks continued. Ramesh Gowda highlighted the Congress’s alleged moral decline and political tactics.
Ramesh Gowda revealed that JD(S) workers were incensed by the poster campaign against Kumaraswamy. He mentioned plans for a counter-campaign in Delhi but stated that Kumaraswamy intervened to prevent such actions. The JD(S) leader emphasized the importance of maintaining a dignified approach despite provocation.

Ramesh Gowda urged the Karnataka government to reconsider the project, warning of potential backlash from affected farmers. He criticized the Congress for its insensitivity towards the farmers’ movement and cautioned against underestimating public discontent.
