Speaking during the show’s promotions in Mumbai, Sarbh expressed his admiration for Corbett, highlighting his unique background and experiences in India. Sarbh mentioned, “I’m fascinated with that guy. I hope somebody makes a show or a movie based on him. I would love to play the character, One, of course. And two, it is really another one of these inspiring stories of an English guy raised in India.”
Jim Corbett, a figure of intrigue for Sarbh, is portrayed as someone deeply connected to India, having rejected the idea of returning to his home country. Corbett’s love for India, his fluency in Hindi, and his transition from a hunter to a conservationist captivated Sarbh. He started out as a hunter because that’s kind of what he had done when he was younger, hung up his gun.”
