Bollywood star Kareena Kapoor Khan recently posted a peaceful snapshot of her day, showing her savoring a cup of cappuccino. In the background, a photo of her late father-in-law, cricket legend Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi, in his youth, adorned her coffee nook. This glimpse shared by Kareena captures a tranquil corner of her home, where she enjoys her “cappuccino corners” with a freshly brewed coffee on a wooden table.

Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi, affectionately known as ‘Tiger Pataudi’, was a revered Indian cricket captain recognized for his astute leadership and bold gameplay. Despite losing vision in one eye due to a car accident in 1961, he continued to excel in international cricket, serving as an inspiration to many. Notably, he tied the knot with veteran actress Sharmila Tagore in 1969.

Kareena Kapoor Khan, who wed Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi’s son, Saif Ali Khan, in October 2012, stood steadfastly by the family during the cricket legend’s funeral, offering unwavering support. Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi, the grandfather of Taimur and Jehangir (Kareena and Saif’s children), Inaaya Kemmu (Soha Ali Khan’s daughter), Sara Ali Khan, and Ibrahim Ali Khan (Saif’s children with ex-wife Amrita Singh), left a lasting legacy upon his demise on September 22, 2011.
