Kerala Blasters, three-time finalists, have added French player Kevin Yoke to their squad for the upcoming Indian Super League 2025-26 season. Yoke, a 29-year-old attacker, previously played in Greece and is known for his versatility on the field, excelling as a left winger or on the right flank. He joins the Blasters on a free transfer, becoming the second signing for the team alongside German midfielder Marlon Roos Trujillo.
Kerala Blasters CEO Abhik Chatterjee expressed confidence in Yoke’s abilities, citing his skills in taking on defenders and experience at the professional level as valuable assets to the team’s attacking unit. Yoke himself shared his excitement about the new opportunity, stating his readiness to contribute to the team’s success in the upcoming season.
The Blasters, a popular club in the ISL, have a strong fan base despite not clinching the championship in their previous final appearances. In the last season, they faced challenges, finishing in 8th place with 29 points and missing out on the playoffs. Despite some notable performances, including a remarkable 8-0 victory, the team aims for a stronger showing in the upcoming tournament.
