The Kerala government, as directed by the Government of India, ensured that the National Flag was flown at half-mast in all government buildings and institutions.
The District Collectors were instructed to inform all offices under their jurisdiction about the State Mourning and to adhere strictly to the Flag Code of India. The State Mourning in Kerala not only adhered to diplomatic protocols but also symbolized the deep and enduring bonds shared between Kerala, India, and Qatar.
