The posts included a collage of memorable stills from the film, capturing emotional and heartwarming moments from her performance as Mimi.
Kriti also reshared a video of herself receiving the National Award she won for her role in ‘Mimi’ and expressed gratitude for the love received over the past five years. Directed by Laxman Utekar, the movie was released in 2021 and starred Kriti Sanon as an aspiring dancer who becomes a surrogate mother, facing unexpected challenges along the way.
In addition to Kriti, the film featured actors like Pankaj Tripathi, Sai Tamhankar, Manoj Pahwa, and Supriya Pathak in significant roles. Kriti’s performance in ‘Mimi’ was highly acclaimed, earning her the National Film Award for Best Actress at the 69th National Film Awards. The movie also received the Best Supporting Actor award for Pankaj Tripathi.
