Kuwait Condemns Iranian Attack, UAE Intercepts Missiles

Kuwait strongly denounced an Iranian attack on its territory, labeling it a violation of sovereignty and airspace. The Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign Affairs vowed to safeguard its land and people in response to the aggression. The United Arab Emirates also intercepted Iranian missiles aimed at the country, maintaining control over the security situation.

The Kuwaiti Foreign Ministry emphasized its right to self-defense under international law following the attack. It highlighted that Kuwait’s defenses effectively countered the aggression, warning that such military actions could destabilize the region. The UAE’s Ministry of Defence reported successful interception of Iranian ballistic missiles, with some debris causing material damage and a fatality in Abu Dhabi.

The UAE’s Ministry of Defence condemned the attack, denouncing the targeting of civilian areas and institutions. It asserted the country’s readiness to protect its people and lands, condemning the violation of national sovereignty. US President Donald Trump announced a military operation against Iran to dismantle its missile capabilities.
