Rohini Acharya, daughter of RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav, expressed concerns about the current state of the Rashtriya Janata Dal leadership without naming anyone. She emphasized the need for accountability within the party, stating that those in charge must be held responsible. Acharya’s comments were made prior to the RJD’s National Executive meeting.
In a passionate statement, Acharya highlighted the importance of upholding the true essence of “Laluvad” and questioning the party’s current condition. She urged individuals who embody Lalu Ji’s values to confront the infiltrators and conspirators allegedly controlling the party. According to her, these elements were introduced by political adversaries to undermine Laluvad’s principles.
Acharya criticized the leadership’s approach, insinuating a lack of introspection and transparency. She cautioned that silence from the leadership could be perceived as complicity with those working against the party’s interests. Additionally, she raised concerns about the mistreatment of supporters of Laluvad and the party’s foundational beliefs, emphasizing the need for respectful discourse within the organization.
