Actress Mandana Karimi has shared her decision to bid farewell to India, her ‘second home’ for nearly 16 years, through an Instagram Stories post. During an Ask Me Anything session, a user inquired if she had permanently left Mumbai and missed the city. In response, she posted a video from the airport expressing, “Goodbye India,” marking a new chapter in her life after her long stay in the country.
In a recent media interaction, Mandana Karimi had mentioned her plans to depart from India due to security reasons. She had previously revealed that she would not be returning to Iran, where she faced a ban a decade ago, despite leaving India now.
Originally from Iran, Mandana Karimi relocated to India in her early twenties to pursue a career in modeling. She ventured into Bollywood with her lead role in the film “Bhaag Johnny” and gained popularity through her participation in the 9th season of “Bigg Boss,” where she finished as the second runner-up in 2015. Additionally, she appeared on the reality show “Lock Upp” in 2022 and was last seen in the 2022 Netflix movie “Thar” alongside Anil Kapoor and Harsh Varrdhan Kapoor.
