A legal hearing took place at the Patna Civil Court regarding the ongoing dispute between educator Faisal Khan, known as Khan Sir, and Roshan Anand. Two individuals associated with Roshan Anand were granted bail, while Khan Sir’s anticipatory bail plea was postponed due to an incomplete police case diary.
Gaurav Kumar and Abhishek Kumar, linked to Roshan Anand, were granted unconditional bail by the District and Sessions Judge. Legal procedures for their release from Beur Jail have commenced following the court’s decision.
Advocate Raghav Kumar, representing Roshan Anand, mentioned that the court granted bail to the two individuals without any conditions. The court, however, could not reach a final decision on Khan Sir’s anticipatory bail plea and the bail applications of his security guards due to the incomplete case diary submitted by the police.
The judge highlighted the incomplete case diary during the proceedings and instructed the investigating agency to provide a comprehensive one before the next hearing. The next hearing is scheduled for June 27, and until then, Khan Sir has interim protection from arrest.
