Veteran Bollywood actress Madhuri Dixit revealed that she relies on her sons, Arin and Ryan, to stay updated on the latest Gen Z slang. Despite not grasping all the trendy terms, being around her children helps her feel connected to the younger generation. Madhuri shared that she doesn’t actively try to keep pace with the evolving lingo but learns naturally from her kids.
Madhuri, aged 59, tied the knot with Shriram Madhav Nene, a cardiovascular surgeon from Los Angeles, in 1999. Following their marriage, the couple resided in Denver, Colorado, for more than ten years. In 2003, they welcomed their first son, Arin, followed by the birth of their second son, Ryan, in 2005. The family later moved back to Mumbai in 2011.
The actress is set for the premiere of her upcoming film “Maa Behen” on Netflix on June 4. The movie follows the story of Rekha, a mother dealing with unexpected challenges, including a dead body in her kitchen. Alongside her daughters Jaya and Sushma, the trio must navigate through a series of chaotic events while concealing the truth from their nosy neighbors. “Maa Behen” also features Ravi Kishan, Geetanjali Kulkarni, Arunoday Singh, and Shardul Bhardwaj in significant roles.
