Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav criticized the Congress party for weakening India’s democratic foundations and neglecting national interests. He contrasted the decisive governance of PM Modi’s era with what he called the indecisiveness of the Manmohan Singh-led UPA government. Yadav highlighted the need for strong leadership to fulfill Swami Vivekananda’s vision for India’s future.
Yadav also took a dig at Rahul Gandhi, referring to him as “Pappu” and criticizing his actions, including tearing cabinet papers. He accused the UPA government of being hesitant in the face of challenges like infiltrations and soldier beheadings. Yadav emphasized the importance of upholding democratic norms and criticized the Congress party’s decision-making process.
Praising leaders like Atal Bihari Vajpayee and PM Modi, Yadav lauded the achievements of the past twelve years, calling it a glorious period for Sanatan culture. He highlighted milestones such as the New Education Policy and cultural renaissance while condemning past Congress governments for constitutional amendments and the imposition of Emergency. Yadav also mentioned the resolution of disputes like the Ayodhya verdict and the reconstruction of the Ram Mandir.
In terms of national security, Yadav commended PM Modi’s leadership in combating terrorism, citing examples like the air strikes and the return of Wing Commander Abhinandan Varthaman. He emphasized India’s assertiveness in responding to provocations and transforming its stance on security issues. Yadav concluded by acknowledging the progress in various sectors under PM Modi’s tenure, positioning India as a decisive global player with Madhya Pradesh contributing to the national renaissance.
