In Madhya Pradesh, the PM Shri Air Ambulance service is increasingly utilized for airlifting critically ill patients during emergencies to ensure timely medical care. Recently, a 21-year-old woman named Kirti Chandel from Dindori district was airlifted to AIIMS Bhopal after her health deteriorated due to an aggressive tumor.

Kirti had initially received treatment for her ailment in Dindori but her condition worsened, leading to the need for immediate hospitalization. Her father expressed gratitude towards the government, particularly Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Mohan Yadav, for the timely assistance provided through the air ambulance service.

Dr. Manoj Pandey, the Chief Medical and Health Officer at Dindori District Hospital, mentioned that Kirti’s tumor recurrence had severely impacted her health, necessitating urgent medical intervention. The treatment at AIIMS Bhopal would be covered under the Ayushman Bharat Yojana, ensuring free medical care for the patient.

The PM Shri Air Ambulance service, launched in Madhya Pradesh, aims to offer advanced medical support during emergencies. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav highlighted its role in swiftly transporting medical teams to accident or disaster sites for prompt assistance.
