Mahant Nritya Gopal Das, the president of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, has been admitted to Medanta Hospital in Lucknow after his health deteriorated from an infection. Doctors are treating him, and his condition is improving, with an expected recovery in the next few days.

The seer was shifted to the hospital due to health complications related to an infection. He is currently under the care of a team of doctors at Medanta Hospital in Lucknow. Medanta Director Rakesh Kumar mentioned that Mahant Nritya Gopal Das was admitted with respiratory and urinary infections, and his treatment is ongoing.

According to Sharad Sharma, the Media Coordinator of the Trust, the seer developed a mild fever after attending public programs. Despite his age and fatigue, he continued with the programs. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has been monitoring the health of the senior seer and enquiring about his well-being.

This is not the first time Mahant Nritya Gopal Das has been hospitalized this year. He faced health issues earlier in January and in April 2022. Despite these challenges, the seer has shown resilience and has been under regular medical observation due to age-related health concerns.
