To enhance administrative efficiency, Fadnavis called for the amendment of the Scheduled Tribes Certificate Act and urged departments to fill vacant positions and appoint legal experts. He stressed the importance of monitoring mechanisms to track fund utilization and enforce policies for forest rights and economic growth initiatives. The CM emphasized the need for mission-based forest conservation efforts and economic empowerment for tribal communities.
Fadnavis underscored the importance of technology-driven transparent governance and instructed departments to expedite actions on pending matters. He emphasized the enforcement of policies granting priority to tribal populations in local economic projects and the review of Gram Sabha rights over Minor Forest Produce.
