Fadnavis celebrated the victory at the party headquarters, emphasizing the resilience of BJP workers despite oppression. He reiterated the nationwide impact of the wins, echoing the slogan “Modi hai to mumkin hai” (With Modi, it’s possible).
Addressing claims of being outsiders in Bengal, Fadnavis emphasized the historical roots of the BJP in the state through figures like Shyama Prasad Mukherjee. He underscored the trust placed in Prime Minister Narendra Modi by the people of Bengal.
The CM emphasized the economic potential of Bengal and praised the leadership of Modi and Amit Shah. He highlighted the victory as crucial for national security against infiltration threats. The celebration was described as a triumph for India.
State President Ravindra Chavan acknowledged the efforts of party workers from Maharashtra in Bengal. Minister Radhakrishna Vikhe Patil criticized Mamata Banerjee’s governance, labeling it a hub for infiltrators and internal security threats.
Deputy CM Eknath Shinde lauded the BJP’s success in Assam, attributing it to the leadership of Modi, Amit Shah, and CM Himanta Biswa Sarma. The public’s faith in development policies was highlighted, marking a third consecutive win for the BJP in Assam.
