The Maharashtra government recently made changes in its bureaucracy by transferring four officials. G. Sreekanth, the Mission Director of Jal Jeevan Mission in Navi Mumbai, has been appointed as the Divisional Commissioner of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar Division. Jitendra Papalkar, who was serving as the Divisional Commissioner of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar Division, has now been reassigned as the Joint Commissioner of GST in Mumbai. Gangatharan D has been designated as the new Mission Director of Jal Jeevan Mission in Navi Mumbai.
On a separate note, Jagdish Miniyar, the Chief Administrator of CIDCO in Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, has been reassigned as the Commissioner of Women and Child in Pune. The state government had previously transferred five bureaucrats on Wednesday, including Dr B. N. Patil, who was the Director of Tourism in Mumbai, and Mangesh Joshi, the Deputy Director General of YASHADA in Pune.
Kuladeep Jangam, the Chief Executive Officer of Zilla Parishad in Solapur, has been appointed as the Additional Municipal Commissioner of Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation in Pimpri. Kushal Jain, who was serving as the Project Officer of ITDP in Aheri and Assistant Collector in Aheri Sub Division in Gadchiroli, has been reassigned as the Chief Executive Officer of Zilla Parishad in Solapur. Revaiah Dongre, the Assistant Collector in Bhoom Sub Division in Dharashiv, has been appointed as the Project Officer of ITDP in Pandharkawda and Assistant Collector in Kelapur Sub Division in Yavatmal.
The government had previously conducted similar bureaucratic reshuffles on April 7 and April 2, transferring 11 and 25 officials respectively.
