A man, Ankit Verma, was arrested in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, for attacking women with scissors while following them on a two-wheeler. The incidents occurred on May 22 on the Sector-55 road stretch, where two women were assaulted from behind, resulting in injuries. Prompt police action led to the recovery of the scooter and the scissors allegedly used in the attacks.
