The Chief Minister emphasized the need for unity to overcome the crisis that has caused loss of lives and property damage.
The state government is actively working to ensure the safety and well-being of its citizens, aiming for the rehabilitation and normalization of affected areas. Singh urged all communities to actively participate in the peace process to restore harmony and social cohesion across Manipur. The meeting also touched upon Manipur’s cultural heritage and the role of art, cinema, and public engagement in promoting peace and unity.
Randeep Hooda, known for his work in films like “Extraction” and “Swatantrya Veer Savarkar,” and Lin Laishram, a prominent actress and entrepreneur, were married in a traditional ceremony in Imphal. They discussed the importance of preserving Manipur’s cultural legacy and promoting unity. Hooda later appealed to the people of Manipur to unite for a brighter future based on peace, compassion, and mutual understanding.
