Maruti Suzuki India Limited has initiated the export of its premium SUV VICTORIS to more than 100 countries and regions. The company disclosed that over 450 vehicles have been dispatched from Mundra and Pipavav ports for global markets. Hisashi Takeuchi, the Managing Director and CEO of Maruti Suzuki India, emphasized the company’s commitment to the “Make in India, Make for the World” vision.

The SUV, VICTORIS, is a blend of advanced technology, luxurious comfort, and futuristic design. It has achieved a 5-star safety rating in both Global NCAP and Bharat NCAP, showcasing its global safety standards. Furthermore, the vehicle was showcased at the ‘Japan Mobility Show 2025’ to an international audience.

Maruti Suzuki India’s export growth in the passenger vehicle segment has been significant, outpacing industry averages. Takeuchi highlighted that from CY2020 to CY2025, Maruti Suzuki’s exports surged by 4.67 times compared to the industry’s growth of 1.43 times. The company’s production in 2025 exceeded 22.55 lakh vehicles, marking its highest annual output ever.

Maruti Suzuki’s top five models by production volume in 2025 were Fronx, Baleno, Swift, Dzire, and Ertiga. The company, which started operations in 1983, has expanded its manufacturing footprint over the years, supported by a robust supplier and dealer network.
