Ace designer Masaba Gupta is making steady progress towards her post-pregnancy fitness objectives. Over 19 months, she has regained a significant portion of her pre-pregnancy strength and body composition. Recently, she shared on social media that she is just 3 kgs away from her target weight, earning admiration from her mother, veteran actress Neena Gupta.
In a post on her official Instagram account, Masaba reflected on her fitness journey, stating, “Somewhere between my obsession for fitness & pure carbs – I have slowly come closer to my pre-pregnancy strength and body composition. 19 months in. 3kgs to go.” Despite not feeling motivated every morning, Masaba emphasized her dedication to fitness and expressed satisfaction in nearing her goal.
Neena Gupta, expressing her love for her daughter, commented, “Love you, baby.” Masaba had previously shared her struggle to balance her desire for indulgent foods like crispy puri with her goal of shedding the final 4 kgs postpartum. She highlighted the importance of finding balance in life while showcasing her toned physique in a mirror selfie wearing a black outfit.
The designer’s post also featured some of her favorite food items, including dosa, burger, omelet, and chocolate. Masaba, who married actor Satyadeep Mishra in January 2023, welcomed her first child, baby girl Matara, in 2024.
