Mizoram Chief Minister Lalduhoma emphasized the importance of fostering entrepreneurship and startup ventures in the state. He highlighted the skills and talent of Mizoram’s people for industrial and business endeavors. At an event organized by the Mizoram Startup Mission, the Chief Minister officially introduced the Mizoram Bana Kaih Venture Capital Fund and the Startup Readiness Level (SRL) of Mizoram.

The Chief Minister clarified that the fund is not a grant but an investment based on trust, targeting entrepreneurs working on scalable and technology-driven enterprises. He stressed the importance of financial support, institutional trust, and structured guidance for the growth of businesses. Additionally, he highlighted the role of the Startup Readiness Level (SRL) in showcasing the progress and capability of startups in Mizoram.
Through the SRL, entrepreneurs will gain official recognition, enhancing their visibility to potential investors and policymakers. The Chief Minister expressed the government’s dedication to youth development and economic progress, urging stakeholders to actively participate in ensuring the success and sustainability of these initiatives.
