Arcs Andheri’s skipper, Shivam Dube, played a pivotal role in their victory with an unbeaten knock, guiding his team to a five-wicket win over Aakash Tigers Mumbai Western Suburbs. Dube’s late heroics ensured Andheri’s successful chase of 151 runs with nine balls to spare.
Despite early setbacks in the chase, Andheri managed to stabilize their innings, with key contributions from Divyaansh Sksena, Arjun Tendulkar, Prasad Pawar, and Pragnesh Kanpillewar.
Shivam Dube’s explosive 45 off 26 deliveries, supported by Gaurav Jathar, sealed Andheri’s place in the final with a 59-run partnership, showcasing his leadership and batting prowess.
The Tigers, batting first, saw Sarfaraz Khan and Jay Bista providing solid starts but struggled to build significant partnerships. Ashutosh Ghagre’s bowling brilliance, along with contributions from Tendulkar, Dube, and others, restricted the Tigers to 150/7.
