Mumbai Indians’ all-rounder Amanjot Kaur lauded her captain, Harmanpreet Kaur, for her pivotal innings against the Gujarat Giants. Amanjot’s quick 40 and Harmanpreet’s unbeaten 71 led the team to victory, handing the Giants their first loss of the season.

During their partnership, Amanjot and Harmanpreet put on a crucial 72-run stand, stabilizing Mumbai’s innings after early dismissals. Amanjot expressed gratitude for the opportunity to bat alongside Harmanpreet, praising her game awareness and ability to create scoring opportunities.

Amanjot, who usually plays a finishing role, acknowledged Mumbai Indians’ role in her development. While she excelled with the bat, her bowling performance showed room for improvement, conceding 48 runs in her four overs. She emphasized the importance of continuous learning and striving for consistency in cricket.
