Mumbai Indians’ player Naman Dhir expressed his readiness to bat in any position for the team, highlighting his flexibility before their upcoming match against Chennai Super Kings. Dhir mentioned his comfort in various roles, emphasizing the importance of settling into a game. He shared how he was asked to prepare for a top-order role at short notice due to Rohit Sharma’s injury, showcasing his adaptability.

Dhir, who recently scored 45 runs off 32 balls in a match against Gujarat Titans, stated that batting in the top order is not new to him as he does the same in domestic cricket. Looking forward to the intense clash, he acknowledged the rivalry between the two teams and the charged-up atmosphere expected at the stadium. Dhir emphasized the significance of momentum in the Indian Premier League, citing Mumbai Indians’ recent victory as a morale booster.

Anticipating a competitive game, Dhir underlined the team’s focus on playing good cricket and maintaining a positive attitude. He noted that slow starts have been a trend for Mumbai Indians but expressed confidence in their ability to perform well in the upcoming match.
