Nacho Elvira secured his third DP World Tour title at the 2026 Dubai Invitational with a strong performance in the final round. Elvira took a three-shot lead after a birdie at the seventh hole, surpassing five other players who shared the lead earlier in the day.

Despite a shaky front nine with consecutive bogeys, Elvira regained his lead with a birdie on the 17th hole. He maintained his composure to finish with a par on the final hole, sealing his victory. Rory McIlroy, Shane Lowry, Daniel Hillier, and Marcus Armitage were among the top contenders.

In a dramatic turn of events, Lowry briefly challenged for the lead with a birdie but faltered with a double-bogey on the last hole. Hillier briefly held the top spot before Elvira’s late surge secured his win. McIlroy also made a strong comeback but fell short in the final stretch.

Nacho Elvira’s victory placed him ahead of Hillier, who finished second, while Lowry and McIlroy settled for a tied third position. Matt Wallace ended the tournament in Tied-seventh place. Elvira had previously won titles at the 2021 Cazoo Open and the 2024 Soudal Open.
