Actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui humorously recounted an incident from his school days when he and his classmates attempted to cheat during an exam. Speaking on ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’, Nawazuddin disclosed that they were misled into thinking they could cheat openly as their invigilator often slept during exams. However, to their surprise, the invigilator remained awake throughout the test, leading to a failed cheating attempt.
Despite their unsuccessful endeavor, Nawazuddin mentioned that he managed to escape being caught for cheating. Transitioning to his upcoming projects, Nawazuddin shared that he will soon appear in the sequel of the film “Tumbbad”. He expressed his enthusiasm for portraying a character with intricate layers and revealed that the shooting schedule would be a busy yet exciting time for him.
The original movie “Tumbbad” was released in 2018, focusing on the quest for a hidden treasure in the village of Tumbbad, Maharashtra. The sequel, titled ‘Tumbbad 2’, is scheduled to premiere on December 3, 2027.
