The NCW has called for immediate and stringent action under relevant laws, including the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, POCSO Act, and IT Act. The Commission has directed the Maharashtra DGP to identify victims, apprehend all accused individuals, remove objectionable online content, and conduct a thorough cyber forensic investigation. Measures for victim protection, counseling, medical aid, and rehabilitation support are also being sought.
