Following an FIR against YouTuber and educator Faisal Khan, also known as Khan sir, NDA leaders emphasized the need for equal application of the law and urged for strict action against “coaching mafias.” The FIR also includes Khan’s two security guards and others in connection with a disturbance at a coaching institute in Patna. The arrested guards allegedly confessed to firing rifles on Faisal Khan’s instructions.
Bihar BJP President Sanjay Saraogi stressed that consequences await those who break the law, affirming that the police have the authority to act. He highlighted the equal treatment of all individuals under the law, regardless of their status. JD-U chief spokesperson Neeraj Kumar echoed this sentiment, warning against actions that could harm students’ mental well-being.
BJP leader TR Srinivas raised concerns about a widespread coaching mafia operating across Bihar, Rajasthan, and Delhi. He called for the formation of a Special Investigation Team (SIT) to probe such institutes, accusing them of using educational platforms to propagate anti-government sentiments. Srinivas urged authorities to act swiftly to prevent negative influences on students.
Purnea MP Pappu Yadav acknowledged the presence of reputable coaching institutions in Bihar but criticized the improper functioning of many others. He cautioned against misinformation spread by certain YouTubers and content creators, urging students to avoid participating in such activities. Yadav defended Faisal Khan, suggesting that Khan is facing unwarranted targeting despite mistakes made by his bodyguards.
