Bihar Agriculture Minister Ramkripal Yadav from the BJP also denounced the incident, calling for strict action from the RJD’s leadership. He expressed concern over RJD leaders abusing members of the Yadav community, traditionally a strong support base for the party. Ramkripal Yadav warned that if the Yadav community distances itself from the RJD, the party’s seats in Bihar could dwindle to just five.
Surendra Prasad Yadav, the RJD MP from Jehanabad, was captured in a video using offensive language towards individuals who did not vote for his party.
