The upcoming action entertainer ‘Kara’, starring Dhanush, has unveiled the character looks of actors Mamitha Baiju, Suraj Venjaramoodu, Karunas, and director K S Ravikumar. Actor Jayaram’s look as Muthu Selvan was recently released by the film’s production house, Vels Film International. The movie is set for release on April 30.
The film’s makers had previously introduced actor Karunas as Kasi Maayan and actor Suraj Venjaramoodu as Bharathan. Actress Mamitha Baiju will be portraying the character Selli, while director K S Ravikumar will be seen as Kandhasaami in ‘Kara’. The film was officially titled ‘Kara’ on Pongal this year, with a poster showcasing Dhanush in an intense avatar.
Director Vignesh Raja described ‘D54’ as ‘Kara’, an emotionally rooted suspense thriller. The movie, featuring a strong cast including Dhanush, Mamitha Baiju, Jayaram, Suraj Venjaramoodu, Karunas, and Prithvi Pandiraj, boasts a talented technical crew. Cinematography will be handled by Theni Eswar, editing by Sreejith Sarang, and music by National Award winner G V Prakash.
