Director Pawan Basamsetti’s much-anticipated film, featuring Tamil comedian Yogi Babu and Telugu comedian Satya in lead roles, has officially started production. This collaboration between Yogi Babu and Satya has generated significant interest as it marks their first project together. The movie is expected to be a full-fledged entertainer and is being produced by Pawan Basamsetti, known for the successful film ‘Rangabali’, in association with Nagarjuna Reddy under Nayavayu Films and Dream Movie Makers banners.
The film was launched at a grand event at Ramoji Film City in the presence of the film’s team and special guests. Director Kishore Tirumala initiated the muhurta scene, while director Mahesh Babu P handled the camera switch-on. The script was presented to the makers by directors Yadhu Vamsi and Sandeep Raj. The shooting of the film has commenced, with key scenes featuring Satya and Yogi Babu currently being filmed.
Sources close to the production unit reveal that Pawan Basamsetty, acclaimed for his work in ‘Rangabali’, aims to replicate his success with this new project. Both Satya and Yogi Babu have been assigned roles that leverage their exceptional comedic timing. The film boasts a strong technical team, with cinematography by Bablu Aju, known for his work in Malayalam cinema, music composed by Pawan CH, and art direction by Kamesh.
