New Zealand’s Amelia Kerr has led the charge for the White Ferns in the ICC Women’s ODI Player Rankings. Kerr’s exceptional performance in the ongoing series against Zimbabwe has propelled her up the rankings. She played a crucial role with both bat and ball, securing a remarkable seven-wicket haul in the second ODI.
Teammates Brooke Halliday and Maddy Green have also made significant strides in the ODI rankings. Halliday climbed eight places to 11th after a brilliant unbeaten 157 in the first ODI, while Green’s consistent performances saw her rise to equal 22nd position.
In the T20I rankings, Sri Lanka’s Hasini Perera and Imesha Dulani made notable advancements after their impressive displays in the series against the West Indies. Perera’s match-winning half-century propelled her to 28th position in the batters’ rankings, while Dulani climbed 17 places to joint 72nd.
All-rounder Kavisha Dilhari also saw a rise in rankings, moving up to 21st among T20I bowlers and 11th in the all-rounders’ list. West Indies’ Afy Fletcher stood out, moving up to seventh in the T20I bowlers’ rankings after a strong performance in the series.
