Nicholas Lee is slated to become the new strength and conditioning coach for the Indian women’s cricket team, following the conclusion of the Women’s Premier League (WPL) 2026 season on February 5 in Vadodara. Lee, known for his expertise in physical preparation and conditioning in elite sports, will join the Indian team after the WPL.

India will engage in a multi-format series in Australia from February 15 to March 9, commencing with the T20I leg at the Sydney Cricket Ground on February 15. The series will progress to Manuka Oval and Adelaide Oval on February 19 and 21, respectively, before transitioning to the ODI series.

The ODI series, starting on February 24 at Allan Border Field in Brisbane, will see India, the World Cup champions, facing off against Australia. The subsequent ODIs are scheduled for February 27 and March 1 at Hobart’s Bellerive Oval. The tour will conclude with a day-night Test at the WACA Ground in Perth from March 6–9.

Nicholas Lee, a seasoned strength and conditioning coach, previously worked with various international teams, including Afghanistan, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka. With a background in elite sports conditioning, Lee’s experience includes serving as the strength and conditioning coach for the Gulf Giants in the UAE’s ILT20.
