Congress MP Sukhdeo Bhagat emphasized the need for Parliament to function effectively and criticized the government for evading accountability.

Senior Congress leader Udit Raj defended the student-led protests, stating that the demonstrations reflect genuine concerns about employment and exam irregularities. He highlighted the students’ frustrations over leaked papers and job uncertainties, emphasizing that their protests are driven by legitimate grievances. Additionally, Samajwadi Party MP Ram Gopal Yadav criticized the government for obstructing parliamentary debates through frequent adjournments, accusing them of stifling democratic discourse.
