The current registration numbers have already exceeded last year’s record. Pariksha Pe Charcha 2025 achieved a Guinness World Record with 3.53 crore registrations, recognized for the “Most people on a Citizen Engagement Platform in one month.” Interested students, teachers, and parents can apply for PPC 2026 through the official portal innovateindia1.mygov.in by selecting their category, providing necessary details, and submitting the form. Selected participants will have the opportunity to interact with the Prime Minister during the event, addressing queries related to exam stress, preparation techniques, and overall well-being.
