On this occasion, PM Modi praised Telangana’s people for their innovative spirit and enterprise, acknowledging the state’s rich cultural history defined by courage and determination. He reiterated the Central Government’s dedication to aiding Telangana’s progress towards realizing the vision of a developed India. Home Minister Amit Shah also extended his wishes, expressing hope for Telangana’s continued prosperity and progress, which contributes to the nation’s pride.
Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy joined in the celebrations, reflecting on the state’s journey with gratitude for past sacrifices and aspirations for a brighter future. Telangana Statehood Day is a significant public holiday observed across all 33 districts, typically featuring official ceremonies where the Chief Minister raises the national flag at the Secunderabad Parade Ground.
