He outlined the state’s economic ambitions, aiming to leverage its youth population to establish UP as a manufacturing hub. Modi also pointed out the significant improvements in connectivity, noting the state’s emergence as a hub for expressways and airports, including the newly inaugurated Noida International Airport.
Critiquing previous governance, Modi underscored the transformation in law and order in UP, once plagued by crime and lawlessness. He accused the Samajwadi Party of hindering progress and criticized their stance on the Women’s Reservation Bill, alleging their opposition to women’s empowerment. Modi condemned the opposition parties for their actions in Parliament, highlighting their resistance to key legislative proposals aimed at empowering women and increasing political representation.
