Prime Minister Narendra Modi marked the 12th International Day of Yoga in Kolkata, emphasizing the importance of integrating yoga into daily life beyond just an annual event. He encouraged participants to make yoga a lifelong practice, extending it to families and future generations through initiatives like Yoga 365. The event, themed “Yoga for Healthy Ageing,” underscored yoga’s benefits for physical and mental well-being across all age groups.
