Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to distribute more than 51,000 appointment letters to newly-appointed youth in various government departments and organizations during the 19th Rozgar Mela. The distribution will take place through video-conferencing, and PM Modi will also address the attendees. This initiative aligns with the Prime Minister’s focus on prioritizing employment generation.
The 19th Rozgar Mela will be conducted at 47 locations nationwide, with candidates from all parts of India joining various Ministries and Departments of the Government of India. These include the Ministry of Railways, Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Department of Financial Services, and Department of Higher Education. The event aims to translate the vision of employment generation into reality.
During the 18th Rozgar Mela held earlier, PM Modi emphasized the importance of connecting youth with skills and providing them with employment and self-employment opportunities. He highlighted the government’s commitment to bringing government recruitments into mission mode through initiatives like the Rozgar Mela.
