Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to visit Karnataka and Telangana on Sunday. In Bengaluru, he will take part in the 45th anniversary celebrations of the Art of Living and unveil the newly constructed Dhyan Mandir at the Art of Living International Centre. Later in Hyderabad, PM Modi will launch various development projects totaling around Rs 9,400 crore.
The Art of Living, founded by Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar in 1981, is a global humanitarian and educational organization operating in 182 countries. PM Modi will also attend the 70th birthday celebrations of Sri Sri Ravi Shankar during the Bengaluru event. The Prime Minister will focus on mental well-being, rural development, nature conservation, and social transformation through nationwide service initiatives.
In Hyderabad, PM Modi will lay the foundation stone for projects aimed at enhancing connectivity and economic growth. Notable projects include the four-laning of National Highway-167, the Zaheerabad Industrial Area development, and the PM MITRA Park at Warangal. These initiatives are part of the government’s efforts to boost infrastructure, industrial growth, and employment opportunities.
The Prime Minister will also inaugurate railway infrastructure projects, the Indian Oil Corporation’s Malkapur Terminal Project, and the Sindhu Hospital in Hyderabad. These projects, with a total investment of over Rs 9,400 crore, align with PM Modi’s vision of integrated infrastructure development and improved quality of life for the people of Telangana.
