Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju mentioned that Prime Minister Narendra Modi, at the NDA’s ‘Mangal Milan’ event, emphasized the need for immediate action when the NEET-UG paper leak reports surfaced. He stressed that those responsible should face severe consequences.

During the NDA meeting, PM Modi commended India’s youth achievements and emphasized the importance of focusing on their future. Rijiju highlighted that the NDA Parliamentary Party welcomed new Rajya Sabha members and discussed various issues.

Regarding the NEET examination, Rijiju stated that the government swiftly acted upon the paper leak reports, leading to the arrest of thirteen individuals. The Prime Minister emphasized the importance of conducting a re-examination promptly to ensure minimal impact on students’ futures.

PM Modi underscored that addressing paper leaks is a national concern requiring unity across states and political parties. He called for stringent punishment to deter such crimes in the future. The Prime Minister also emphasized empowering Indian youth to take on leadership roles globally.

Rijiju noted the successful launch of Vikram-1 by Skyoot Aerospace, lauded by PM Modi. The meeting also highlighted India’s recent achievements, including beneficial Free Trade Agreements. The NDA pledged to support legislative business during the Monsoon Session for the country’s progress.

Appealing for cooperation, Rijiju urged all political parties to work together for the nation’s future and the smooth functioning of Parliament.
