Referring to the global scenario, PM Modi acknowledged the widespread challenges and the global repercussions of the situation in West Asia. He called upon the citizens to remain patient and work collectively to safeguard national interests, drawing parallels to the unity shown during the Covid-19 pandemic.
PM Modi underlined the significance of individual responsibility in overcoming obstacles and emphasized the power of unity and collective action in tackling difficulties. He commended the dedication of BJP workers, attributing the party’s success to their hard work and commitment.
Highlighting the historical significance of May 10, PM Modi recalled the start of the First War of Indian Independence in 1857 and praised the legacy of courage and valor in the country. He announced his participation in the 75th anniversary celebrations of the reconstruction of the Somnath Temple in Gujarat, aiming to draw inspiration for a self-reliant and developed India.
Continuing his address, PM Modi criticized the Congress party, accusing it of needing alliances to maintain relevance and betraying women on the issue of reservation. He alleged that the Congress opposed legislation for women’s reservation, contrasting it with the BJP’s efforts to ensure 33% reservation for women in Parliament.
