Prime Minister Narendra Modi accused the Trinamool Congress of circulating fake videos to sway voters before the West Bengal Assembly elections. Referring to a recent video implicating a former party legislator, Humayun Kabir, in a deal with the BJP, Modi cautioned against falling for such propaganda.
While addressing a rally in Murshidabad district, PM Modi urged voters not to be misled by fake videos and emphasized the importance of voting for the BJP. He pledged to protect the interests of Hindu Bengalis and ensure a Bengali-speaking Chief Minister in the new government.
Furthermore, Modi stated that the BJP would prevent the Trinamool Congress from forming the government with votes from illegal infiltrators. He also promised state government employees in West Bengal parity in Dearness Allowances with central government employees and hinted at the introduction of the 8th Pay Commission nationally.
