PM Modi Wishes Safe Amarnath Yatra, Urges Pilgrims to Adopt Resolutions

Prime Minister Narendra Modi extended his heartfelt wishes to devotees starting the annual Amarnath Yatra, praying for their safe journey. He released an open letter urging pilgrims to adopt resolutions promoting cleanliness, safety, environmental conservation, local livelihoods, and nation-building. Describing the Yatra as a symbol of India’s spiritual tradition, PM Modi emphasized the importance of the pilgrimage.

PM Modi highlighted the privilege of participating in the Amarnath Yatra and seeking the blessings of Baba Barfani. He expressed best wishes to Shiva devotees undertaking the sacred journey and acknowledged the pilgrimage’s significance in India’s spiritual heritage. The Prime Minister praised the efforts of various organizations and security forces in ensuring the smooth conduct of the pilgrimage.

Expressing gratitude to those involved in serving the pilgrims, PM Modi recognized the unity in diversity showcased during the Amarnath Yatra. He urged devotees to adopt resolutions during the pilgrimage, emphasizing cleanliness, adherence to regulations, support for local products, tree planting, and a commitment to national development. PM Modi expressed confidence in the Yatra’s success and its celebration of faith, cultural unity, and selfless service.
