Police in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, discovered the bodies of a married couple in their home in the Nandpura area. The couple, identified as Eknath Wagh (43) and Rohini (40), were found in a rented flat with their two children, Mohit (13) and Mayank (16). Eknath was found hanging from a ceiling fan, while Rohini was found unconscious on a bed in another room.
The bodies have been sent for post-mortem, and initial reports suggest financial difficulties as a possible cause. The police are looking into the situation to determine the exact circumstances of the deaths. Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police Amrendra Singh mentioned that Eknath’s change from a motor mechanic to stock market trading is being investigated.
Authorities are considering the possibility that Eknath may have killed his wife before taking his own life. The police are questioning family members and relatives, including the couple’s sons, to gather more information about any disputes or issues that may have led to the tragic incident.
