Political parties in Rajasthan have collectively submitted 236 claims and objections as part of the ongoing Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of the electoral rolls. The Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) of Rajasthan released a daily bulletin detailing this information. The SIR process, which began on December 16, 2025, will run until January 15, 2026, with data in the bulletin reflecting submissions up to January 1, 2026.

Among the national parties involved, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) led with the highest number of submissions, utilizing 125 Booth Level Agents (BLAs) for the task. Their submissions included 193 requests for inclusion and four for exclusion. Following closely, the Indian National Congress submitted 109 claims for inclusion and raised two objections for name deletions.

Notably, other national parties like the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP), Communist Party of India (Marxist) [CPI(M)], and the National People’s Party (NPP) did not present any claims or objections during this period. At the state party level, the Bharat Adivasi Party submitted two claims for inclusion, while the Rashtriya Loktantrik Party did not make any submissions. Overall, the political parties collectively sought 373 inclusions and six exclusions in the draft electoral roll.

In addition to political party submissions, the Election Department received a significant number of applications directly from individual electors. A total of 3,51,064 Form 6 and Form 6A applications were filed for the inclusion of eligible voters, while 13,180 Form 7 applications were submitted for the deletion of ineligible names. The bulletin also mentioned that 5,626 Form 6 applications for addition and 12,428 Form 7 applications for deletion, including those submitted before October 27, 2025, are currently under review.

Furthermore, the bulletin clarified that no affidavits were received from individuals residing outside the relevant Assembly constituencies during this period. Election officials emphasized that names would only be added to the final electoral roll after thorough verification and submission of necessary statutory declarations. The Special Intensive Revision aims to ensure an accurate and updated voter list for future electoral activities in Rajasthan.
