Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to inaugurate the India AI Impact Expo 2026 at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi on Monday. The Expo, scheduled from February 16 to 20, will run parallel to the India AI Impact Summit at the same venue. It will encompass 10 arenas spanning over 70,000 square meters, bringing together global tech firms, startups, academia, research institutions, Union Ministries, state governments, and international partners.
The event will showcase 13 country pavilions, highlighting international collaborations in the AI ecosystem. These pavilions will represent countries such as Australia, Japan, Russia, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Serbia, Estonia, Tajikistan, and African nations. Additionally, the Expo will host more than 300 curated exhibition pavilions and live demonstrations, categorized under three thematic chakras – People, Planet, and Progress.
Expected to draw over 2.5 lakh visitors, including international delegates, the India AI Impact Expo 2026 aims to facilitate new partnerships and business opportunities within the global AI landscape. With over 500 sessions featuring 3250 speakers and panelists, the focus will be on recognizing AI’s transformative influence across various sectors and discussing future strategies to ensure AI’s benefits reach all global citizens.
“The Expo will be a national showcase of AI applications, bridging policy with practical implementation, innovation with scalability, and technology with everyday use,” the statement emphasized.
