Producer Samiksha Oswal has disclosed that her film ‘Max, Min & Meowzaki’ is deeply rooted in her personal experiences. Inspired by her relationship with husband Shael Oswal, the movie delves into their journey of understanding each other’s choices, particularly Shael’s love for animals and her own evolving bond with their pets.
Samiksha expressed that the narrative holds significant personal value, stating, “This is our story.” Despite her initial allergies to animals, she gradually embraced their pets as her own, acknowledging the compromises made for partners. The film, which features a cat as the lead character, aims to highlight the often overlooked aspects of relationships and the importance of cherishing bonds.
Describing the filming process, Samiksha recalled the challenges posed by working with a cat, a unique experience in the industry. Despite the delays caused by the feline’s behavior, the team’s patience paid off, resulting in a film that aligned with their vision. ‘Max, Min & Meowzaki’ stars Medha Shankr, Siddharth Menon, Adil Hussain, Mandira Bedi, Nasser, Nafisa Ali, and Vidhatri Bandi, offering a touching narrative on love, loss, healing, and second chances.
The movie, produced by Shael Oswal and Samiksha Oswal under SSO Productions, is set to hit theaters on July 24.
